Refund Policy

At Proximity Digital Platform, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction across all our digital products and service offerings. Please read our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
 

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PNGs, Worksheets, Templates, etc.)
 

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, due to the irreversible nature of digital file sharing.

We do not offer refunds in cases such as:

  • Accidental purchase

  • Change of mind

  • Compatibility issues (please check file formats before buying)
     

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product

  • The file is corrupt and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  • The product was not delivered and we fail to resolve the issue within 5 business days

To report a valid issue, contact [your email] within 3 days of purchase with your order details.

 

2. Service-Based Products (Design, Marketing, Custom Work)
 

Refunds for services are handled case-by-case and are subject to the stage of project completion.
 

Refunds are NOT provided if:

  • Work has already started or been delivered

  • The client delays communication or approvals

  • Project scope changes mid-way without mutual agreement
     

Partial refunds may be offered only if:

  • The project is cancelled before significant work begins

  • There is a failure to deliver agreed services within a reasonable timeline, despite full cooperation from the client
     

All service cancellations must be requested in writing to proximitydigitalplatform@gmail.com
