1. Digital Products (eBooks, PNGs, Worksheets, Templates, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, due to the irreversible nature of digital file sharing.
We do not offer refunds in cases such as:

Accidental purchase

Change of mind

Compatibility issues (please check file formats before buying)
Refunds may be considered only if:

You were charged twice for the same product

The file is corrupt and we are unable to provide a working replacement

The product was not delivered and we fail to resolve the issue within 5 business days

2. Service-Based Products (Design, Marketing, Custom Work)
Refunds for services are handled case-by-case and are subject to the stage of project completion.
Refunds are NOT provided if:

The client delays communication or approvals

Project scope changes mid-way without mutual agreement
Partial refunds may be offered only if:

The project is cancelled before significant work begins
